Actually it is a mgmt ploy. Get our minds on the difficult decision of choosing a recliner, while they crank up the optimizer even more. On second thought they at least are giving us chance to vote on a reclliner that we'll need because we'll be so tired from the optimized lines.
Maybe the union should take a poll ... and then decide what's best for us regardless of the outcome of the poll??
