I'm one of the good guys that is falling through the cracks because I don't have LCA, IP or CP box checked so the computer will SEE me. Still going to keep trying. I first started applying in Fall '08. Didn't get anywhere til I started going to job fairs. WAI in 2014 and OBAP in 2015. Got the invite not long after attending OBAP. If your schedule allows I'd highly recommend attending any fair where you can meet face to face with a recruiter. Most of the people I know getting interviews lately have been to job fairs.
