I will be retiring from the Navy in about 18 months with 2000TT most of it in the H-60 and about 500 hrs in the King Air 200. Seeking advice if I should build time for the Majors through contracting jobs (ISR) where the pay is better or through regionals where I'll gain 121 experience? Thanks for the advice.
