No. Unlike SW, legacies have their own regional feed to do their high frequency short/medium haul. Their NB fleets tend to have longer stage lengths and less frequency. You can take exception to the term 'regional' but SW routes do tend to be more resembling of a regional than their legacy counterparts.

A friend at SW prefers the high-frequency up and down schedules. He is the one that referred to Southwest as a good paying regional. Good for him, he likes it there and makes great money.
