Specifics aren't really that important. From what I can tell, Frontier is going to try and settle the pilot equity claim this year before FRNT's market capitalization grows. Just like they did with the FAs.
There's no way in hell that'll happen. The FA's had a "me too" clause and even that was weak. I think they were lucky they got anything. BB and the FAPAInvest board will tell Franke and Biffle to pound sand if they try to buy FAPAInvest out. It's rock solid.
