I interviewed at UAL today and just handed them my form 5 and the excel spreadsheet from APC.com. I tweaked the formulas a little bit and counted half of my post AC upgrade other time towards my PIC and added some noted to justify the numbers. When the interviewers greeted me this morning, the first thing they asked for was my log books. I gave them 3 pieces of paper (2 from form 5 and the excel spreadsheet). The HR person was not expecting that, but the interviewing captain was prior AF and knew what it was. Not a single question was asked about my flight time during the interview.
