It's a very small 2 plane base. Most junior CA was recently awarded to a 8/15 hire. Most senior FO is also a 8/15 hire and most junior FO is an 8/16 hire. There really hasn't been a whole lot of movement in the base lately and I wouldn't expect that to change much while the airline focuses more on fleet transition and less on growth. The pax loads have been pretty good since the base opened about 1.5 years ago but if the economy changes it would be on the top of the list for closing. It is currently MD80 but set to transition to Airbus at the end of this year.
