Regionals are paying $60-75k a year first year. That's likely all the time you'll need. I wouldn't do ISR, I spent enough time in the sandbox. Ymmv. A jet type and checking the 121 square probably scores an app hire than contract prop time. And you'll learn a lot more that is relevant to your future job.
