I would tighten the belt now and save as much cash as you can over the next 15-18 months. Start at a regional with a big bonus on Day 1 of transition leave. How much of your Kingair time is TPIC? Have you taken CTP course?

Take all the military transition courses asap so you don't have to worry about them.

Envoy has a rotary transition program as well that you might investigate.
