I think thatīs a question only you can answer for yourself. Given the fact that you want to give up your seniority and really reasonable pay with good vacation, leads me to believe you donīt like your job at NetJets that much.
So, if you think you can go back to the right seat for another 10 years and accept a substantial pay cut for the privilege of commuting, then Iīd say go to SWA.
If you like your job at NetJets and enjoy the home basing, then stay put.
I really donīt think there is a "right or wrong" that fitīs everyone.
All of our situations are so unique and different, it is really hard to say that what is the right way for me would be the right way for you.
But since you are senior to me, Iīd say go to SWA :-) :-)
