this is a good thread..Ive been contemplating myself how to deal with student time. I think the easiest way for me and to keep things simple is to just bring in my AFORMS and make sure Ive flown enough time to not have to rely on student time other than for my TT overall.

On a seperate note..for the guys that have been interviewing..have you seen reservists getting hired?? I have heard from a few buds that they have had trouble getting hired still being in the reserves..of course hard to prove. Just curious for some opinions
