You won't know unless you apply. Plenty of people (myself included) left the industry to work different careers during the Dark Decade, only to return when the prevailing winds finally changed. Your story isn't that unique.

The big issue is will you be able to get through our training program? As amply explained previously, our program isn't designed for low time and/or low experienced pilots. And while you have competitive times, you're likely to be quite rusty. Flying a 172 (or whatever you've been keeping current in) for a hundred hours a year likely won't be anywhere near the proficiency you'll need to get through our box-checking program.

In all seriousness, you'd be better off going to a regional for at least six months before attempting our "training" program. It's not a joke.

If you think you can hack it, apply. The worst they can say is nothing at all, which is what they're saying right now anyways.
