Most companies care about 3 times. Total time, total PIC, and total turbine. Put your student time as student time, except for the 9 hours in the tweet and 4 hrs in the T-1 team ride (T-38s and non-AF use best judgement). DAL and NetJets did not look or ask about hours (although NJA has you fill out some crazy hr sheets for the app). I used my AFORMS printouts. Both were interested in the TMAAT stuff. NJA, btw, has no problem with reservists. I don't think DAL does either.
