The hsa plan for a family is $280 month. Then rah puts $1600 a year in your hsa. Coverage for a family is 2600 deductible and 7500 max out of pocket. After the 2600 it is 80/20 co insurance on everything. There is also a ppo plan with a 1000 deductible and a 5000 max out of pocket but it is roughly double the price. Ewr, Lga ,and dca are all really junior. Cmh might take a few months to hold.
