Will NAI pilots unionize?
Now that the flight attendants at NAI and NAS have unionized are the pilots next?
Since the battle versus NAI has been lost (DOT approval) you'd think the next best thing would be to unionized US based pilots and negotiate a CBA with scope provisions to ensure they operate those routes with an industry average (or better) compensation package. The flight attendants seem to think that's the best way to go, and both NAI and NAS flight attendants have now unionized.
Any thoughts? Will ALPA take a chance at it?
