I was hired in Sept '15 and was initially assigned DCA 737. There was a vacancy bid during second week of training and I was able to get into ORD. Only ended up actually flying 1 month in DCA. I was able to hold a line at around the 6-8 month mark from DOH in ORD. Classmates that took the A320 waited longer but only by a couple of months. They were on reserve longer too.... A little over 1.5 years in I sit at about 75% in ORD and would be between 50-60% on the coasts.
