I'd appreciate some insight from those in the know on current hiring mins, trying to decide if I'm competitive enough to be considered.

CMEL, 2000 TT, 680 TPIC (PC12 mostly) a little LR35 SIC experience, Currently SIC in BAE 146 (no type and not building much time). Total 850 hrs in crewed AC. Part 135 experience, but no 121.

Ex military, but was not a pilot (15F)
