I should've mentioned the ATP aspect. I'm debating if it's worth paying for my own ATP course. My current company has no need for an ATP license, so of course won't provide that.
Now I have to decide if it's worth it to front the ATP money in hopes of skipping the regionals.
I'm gonna guess no. Our mins have dropped but all but 2 in my class of 14 had over 4000 hours. Your times just aren't competitive yet so I would hit the regionals, get your ATP and then work on getting hired.
