Hey guys and gals, was wondering if someone could give me an idea of how per diem works?? ie....does a 2 day trip equate to 48 hours times the rate?? Sorry, I am familiar with how it works at my corporate gig, but am clueless how things work in the 121 world. I was hoping someone could also give me a ball park realistic figure of how much a pilot could make first year FO?? Thanks
