Skywest Online has my hire date as the day I accepted their offer. Is that our official DOH used for bidding or is it ground School grad date?

They will not let you miss ground school, I would suggest taking a later class. I have been here for over ten years, and missed half a day of transition ground school. I had to get permission from the director of training. They had me make up the portion that I missed, by staying late for a few days. If you get sick and miss more than a couple of days, they make start over.
