None of the instructors will be displaced. The new instructors is just to keep up with training demand. The France sims news will be good for some and not so good for others. The company is just trying to meet the demand. In my opinion, this is good news.
If that's the case and the PSIs will only supplement our current guys, then yes, that's fine. I wish the email would've been a little more clear in that regard.
