Honestly, unless you live in one of the bases, the travel benefits are almost worthless. If you live in the midwest somewhere and want to go out West, you will have to go east first to JFK/BOS... then west. Good luck trying to line up your connection/schedule, as we will most likely only have 1 flight a day there, sometimes only on certain days, it will most likley be a redeye on the way back or involve a 5-8 hour airport appreciation sit before your connection. Want to sit in Mint? That'll be $75.

I buy tickets and give my money to DL, SWA, etc. when we travel, as you can't get anywhere on JB without giving up 2 days of travelling because of our crap flight schedules.
