You can't use FLICA as a single source. They hide the actual number. You have to check crewtrac the the RSA clean up crews. You'll also never see who's on RTF or VDA. FLICA can say -5 but they're really +10 with volunteers
Well of course but I presume thats always been the case and Ive just never seen (-30) until last week. Maybe you have- Ive only been here shy of 4 years.
Its seems a bit early in the (busy) season to see midweeks go black and red weeks out.
