I have heard that they are being held for several months at the AA WO's evem though promised on first day . . . has made a few people a little skeptical of the promises made at the interview.
We got our bonus exactly as stated in his post.
Pink slips? Actually, I stressed a bit too much over this via my own doing. My experience so far (not done with training yet so... knock on wood) is that Envoy wants you to pass and will work with you. Honestly, not everyone is going to get through training, but Envoy is doing their best to make sure everyone that puts in the effort will. As such, most will get through training just fine.
That said, there are some growing pains with Envoy's hiring pace and their recent adoption of AQP. Hasn't made things exactly easy for students and instructors alike.
