How many people can DAL pilots recommend? I don't have family or any family friends in the industry so finding a DAL pilot rec will be tough for me. Not sure how to obtain one if they only are allowed to give 1 or something.

Also, I'm a new 121 pilot just want to get my app in early. Is it too early to apply without the recommendations, time, volunteer organizations? I'm afraid IF they look at it say no then as I update it not getting looked at again? How does that work?
