I just had an interesting read. C360 stock offering laid the details of the merger. Cargo 360 purchased Southern Airlines. Southern Air Holdings is the parent company of Cargo 360 and Cargo 360 is the parent company of Southern Air. How is we are being offered conditional offers of employment and not the other way around? Why is it that we are being intergrated into SA seniority list and not the other way around?
