That's because you are a CA now and are flying with newbies IMO. Guess they will figure out though on their own too. They one I can get past is guys without bachelors saying the majors will be so desperate that they will be picked up.
It's pretty rare I witness this but then again if that's true that's sad. Hope you set them right man, because that makes us all look bad.
