If you have a guaranteed flow, Id stick- the retirements alone at AA are worth it.
Im at B6 3.5 years and would take an AA/UA class tomorrow. Even though Im comfortable with holidays/weekends off, movement is ALL based on growth and is painfully slow.
We had 3 net upgrades last system bid and the 190 future is unclear at best.

Truth be told, the longer JB takes to hire me, the more I'm leaning towards staying at AAG, froma purely monetary perspective. If ya'll get a good CBA though, that'll change the equation.
