A mechanic once told me if you could see the inside of a potable water tank, you'd never drink airplane coffee again.

Maybe not on a brand new plane, but a 757 built in 1985...God only knows if it's ever been replaced. I visualized a metal walled tank with long strands of vegetation swaying in the water like a video of an underwater camera shot of seaweed in the ocean.
