I have 6 good friends at Spirit right now. 4 of them have Legacy interviews and 1 has already been hired waiting on a class date, the last one has no PIC time so he's holding out for the new contract to decide if he bails or not...but, 5 out of 6 that I know of personally jumping ship very soon so that tells you something! Aside from the golden handcuff crowd I think everyone has a one-foot-in-one-foot-out attitude. If we don't wind up with something reasonable I'll be one looking to get out as well.
