New FO here on the ERJ, ORD base. New to reserve life and full of dumb questions...I'll start with one:

Any tips for being able to swap reserve days with another pilot, or is that something which is happening at all right now? (Goal: Ideally I'd like to swap such that I can get 5 days off in a row one time this month).

From what I see, SkedPlus+ doesn't support anything related to reserve swapping. The PPM says it's allowed, but doesn't discuss logistics.

Would I already need to have coordinated myself with another pilot who is willing to swap, or does CS keep some kind of running list of reserve swap requests (seems unlikely)?

I was thinking I could call also CS to ask if I could cover a day where their reserve coverage is lower in order to get the days off I'd like?
