From what I see, SkedPlus+ doesn't support anything related to reserve swapping. The PPM says it's allowed, but doesn't discuss logistics.

I was thinking I could call also CS to ask if I could cover a day where their reserve coverage is lower in order to get the days off I'd like?

You have to call CS and they will move reserve days if it benefits them. If you are moving a reserve day from a day with higher coverage to a day with low coverage then you may be successful. They also like to move reserve days if you have a lone reserve day and you want to put it with a block of other reserve days. They like you to have 4-6 days of reserve in a row. It doesn't do much for them if you only have 1 reserve day by itself.
