I agree, what Inc has done to ASA and XJT has made me despise the SkyWest brand with every fiber of my being. As for the SkyWest pilot group, they're a decent bunch of folks. They're caught up in the same fecal parade we're in. It's unfortunate that our Mormon overlords favor their side over ours, but that's beyond anyone's control. All we can do is double down the efforts to jump off this sinking ship, and let SGU deal with the flaming wreckage they've created.
