I got hired at 2,510 TT and 103 TPIC with a 4-year. Spent a year and a half at the regionals when I was offered a job. Went to a job fair as well. I think you're pretty competitive with those numbers as long as Frontier is the place you want to be. After a lot of forethought, I turned down the offer. Not to say F9 isn't a great place to work.
