"If" DHL mixes their cargo with Amazon together on an ATI 76, I think then, you will see fireworks.
All DHL, Amazon and ATI have to do is for DHL to "hire" Amazon to forward DHL volume by placing an Amazon waybill on the volume destined for ATI aircraft. They instantly become Amazon volume and ABX's scope clause never comes into play.
Don't think for a second that they won't try something like this or something similar.
