  • Does the final block-in + 30 minutes determine how the credit is paid if it occurs during the original partial day off or not?
  • How many payback days would be provided after the trip ended?

Thanks!
In that case the pre-existing partial (PR) day would automatically be converted to a full PB day, and THEN all payback days/partial days for the GS in question would be awarded starting at 00:01 on the next reserve day. Both GS days will count fully and completely for pay over the cap. The subsequent +9 hours will be added to the GS in question to determine the next PR end time after the 1-2 PB days (depending on release time) are determined.

So in theory, a PR as little as one minute would be converted into a full 24 hour PB before any of the following payback time is calculated.

Its a great deal, but sometimes you have to watch them to make sure they do it right, especially in the heat of battle. If there are ANY questions call the MEC M-F and talk to a scheduling specialist in the event a scheduling supervisor doesn't do it right.
