Not true.
There is a common application of .2 (certainly not 2) or a .3 multiplier, per sortie (not hour.)
If heavies, it usually makes no difference by the time you have the experience they're looking for. Fighter guys can benefit.
Also, and most importantly, that doesn't apply to the 750 hours for the restricted ATP. That's for the FAA application towards your ticket; the air carriers make their own rules beyond that. (Think ME PIC time, etc. That's where the .2 or .3 can come in to play. Which rate is, again, up to the company.)
