Guarantee does not get reduced if NSHW. You just don't get credited for the flight but guarantee does not drop.
And just a heads up, I know many do what you're saying but might not be sound advice. Doesn't hurt to just call and get the NSHW on your schedule then you're free and clear because they approved it.
