The airline will never win no matter how many times they asked him nicely or were in the right. United is in for a PR nightmare with this. If it was a minority then it will be even worse.

Just curious how else could they have handled it? Are FAs and gate agents trained to elevate these issues if they get out of hand? Could they have gotten guidance from management?

How long till Delta says something about this!?
