Actually I do... aside from just hanging a left, I voluntarily push wheelchairs to help our ops agents, escort UM's, give cockpit tours to our youngest passengers and put them in positions for their parents to take great pictures of them... who knows, they may end up joining our ranks. I try to make light of any situation where my passengers got inconvenienced and so far I've been very successful to the point that I've received written praises due to passenger feedback.

But what I don't do is knowingly violate manuals and regulations.

Again, we only have the very last part of the incident with the passenger getting dragged off the plane. I'm interested to see what you guys would have done given the constraints in your manual. Would you go against it? Would you go outside or against the procedures outlined in your manual? How would you have handled it given the constraints?
