How would my airline handle it? Everyone has a price. My airline ups the offer until enough people are bought off. Had an irop where 6 or 7 crews had to get from BOS-JFK on a full e190. Guy made $1k a pop for giving up his 6 or 7 seats for his family after no one bit at 300/5/6/7/8... We call cops when necessary and follow the same federal regs. But this situation is one that could have very easily been avoided with a couple hundred bucks more.
You sure cast a lot of stones for such a sensitive guy. But I'm sure when you or your amazing company call the police you are in much better control of the situation at that point. So, I am sure you would engage a LEO during an apprehension right?
As for going right for $1350 max on a 45 min domestic RJ flight...give me a break! Anyway, good for you being able to work at your amazing tip o the spear in CS! Enjoy while u can.
