Well, i might have missed something, but everything so far specifically avoids mentioning a date. What that likely means is 'waiting on the MSP FSDO' -So could be any day.
As far as revisions go, Republic had their trial period (paper carrying) extended to 6 months when the feds found out updates were not being made to the paper charts. Do not be that guy.
NYC has at least 2 FSDOs, i'm on the GA FAAST Team at one of them. Garden City handles JetBlue and i'm sure others.
They're decent guys here, ex airline and when i've had them ride, have been very easy going.
Keep your paper uptodate folks, or this will go backwards...
