If he puts your email address on the airline apps page (which is the website that you officially apply to Delta on) you will get an email in which you will fill our your info and rec. THIS IS NOT AN INTERNAL! It will not generate an automatic pulling of his app. To do this search Pilot Recommendation Process in Deltanet. It walks you through it. Basically its an email to Pilot Hiring with the Subject "Pilot Recommendation" and then who you are recommending in the body. No frills, they don't want reasons why. Keep it short basically. You will then get a form letter saying they will do it within the timeframe (30 days I think).
