IAD and ORD are announced as crew domiciles. The pay is very good. Currently, FOs are flying a ton. You will be used every day of reserve, but at least you get 12 days off, leg by leg cancellation pay, 200% for junior mans and critical open time, duty and trip rigs, and 100% deadhead to help you a lot of extra money.
About 3 months DOH to finishing IOE. The best base depends on you. ORD will be senior for captains, but possibly junior for FOs.
