The 145s are staying Until 2020 or longer (I have heard 2022) and we are going to be keeping the CRJs longer then thought.

There is movement here and it is going to stay that way. Why do you think they are hiring PSIs? They need to ramp up and keep the training going to accomadate all the flying They have slated.
