So this is 100% fact. If you want to be hired by Delta Air Lines
1. Apply. Application should be complete and flawless.

2. Update your application every 45-60 days.

3. Seek recommendations from current Delta pilots (internally through pilot credentials).

4. Prepare for an interview.

5. When the invite comes, brush up on your interview study materials. Wear a nice suit and bring your best attitude.

6. Get your CJO and have a good career.

I know it's frustrating for some people who have not gotten an invitation. Do what you can in the limited areas on airlineapps to make yourself stand out. Sell yourself.

Best of luck again everyone.
