Here's a thought...JB loses bid for Virgin so they make a play for F9 only to get turned down. Indigo's plan is a win/win situation with the IPO...either generate cash or create a bidding war between two suitors. I don't think Delta wants JB to have F9 and Indigo knows that. Just messing around but it's a fun guess.
I don't think Delta would give a crap if B6 and F9 merged....barely a blimp on their radar and wouldn't move the needle at all for them one way or another.....
