Yes, thank you for the sarcasm. I couldn't remember if we had something in our contract or not. It's just ALPA merger policy. I was responding to someone who was concerned that a merger would drag negotiations out further. If a merger happens, I was trying to convey that your management will be financially incentivized to get everyone on board (Pilots included) and will be good for progress in your negotiations. I apologize for participating.
That's assuming it's a group that flys airbuses. If it's a group that flys a different type then keeping the groups separate forever while they drag out negotiations costs them nothing.
