After the E175 jet TA was rammed down our throats a year and a half ago, there were many who said that we just needed to wait for the pilot shortage to hit the company, then they would come crawling back to us, and we'd be able to make up for some of what we lost. Getting $15,000 in exchange for giving new hires $25,000 plus another $25,000 in training reimbursements, is not what I call a big win for us. After a couple horrible, recent hotel changes, I will be looking to see that the company is actually going to give us a 50/50 say in all future hotels. That was a last minute change of mind issue on the part of the company last week, and largely what caused the EXCO to walk out of the talks, if I have my facts correct. If not, I don't know what is in this for any of us that have been here for a decade or longer.
