And this is why things will never change. People are willing to accept the logic of "being a small carrier" and the fed information of "did not make much profit in the past few years".
This TA passed for one and one reason only....... training contracts are VOIDED. Training is going to have to step it up, because the resignation letters are going to start piling up!!
Even with this TA, we are still bottom of the barrel.
